Urban Land Institute studies Bullitt Center

In late February, the Urban Land Institute (ULI) released a comprehensive case study about the Bullitt Center, along with a video featuring interviews with project team members.

As one of the most respected real estate organizations in the US, ULI’s case study includes in-depth research into the development process, project team, site selection, planning and design, public approval process, construction, finance, tenants and more. It is quite literally the most expansive study developed to date about the Bullitt Center and will serve as an excellent reference for other project teams, researchers and leaders interested in learning from the Bullitt experience.

The case study is available for free on the ULI website, the visitors can also download a designed PDF.
